After the one-day virtual event in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are glad to announce that a regular conference has been rescheduled in 2022 in Parma, the city selected by UNESCO as City of Gastronomy.
The conference will take place on the Campus of the University of Parma, Parco Area delle Scienze 181, Parma, July 22nd-24th, 2022.
